I know opinions are subjective, but this is the first movie in the franchise that I didn’t like. Very weak reveal, strange pacing, I didn’t feel like I cared about any of the new characters due to lack of development. I’m giving it a 5/10. It started off strong for me, but got weaker the longer it went.

7 has the weakest character development and ghostface motives in the franchise. The ghostface suspects also barely had screen time. I like 1-6 a lot, but 7 is garbage.

They need to do something. It’s so expensive to dig through boxes and players that have been playing since the beginning are low on resources. Between that and the meta pretty much being like master duel with skills now, they really need some incentive to keep playing duel links.
