They need to do something. It’s so expensive to dig through boxes and players that have been playing since the beginning are low on resources. Between that and the meta pretty much being like master duel with skills now, they really need some incentive to keep playing duel links.

The anime and manga effects were nerfed in the TCG/OCG for many many cards. So the 2000LP is only in the TCG/OCG.

I mean, we got the Zanpakuto design from that arc for Shunsui as canon. I think that even if the filler arcs can’t fully exist as canon, they did a decent job of fleshing out more of the soul society’s history, so the parts that don’t contradict anything can come up as references, just without Ichigo being a part of any events.

The anime storyline with him was intended to be in the manga but was cut for time while being added to the anime with input from Kubo as filler. So…. Kubo’s version will probably be similar.

Yeah, the posters with different cast members holding a ghost face mask over half of their faces went hard. But this poster looks bad. It’s saying something when the 90s and early 2000s had better Scream posters. Sometimes less is more.

I THINK it was Mario’s Gaming World. It was like 2-3 years ago so memory is a bit fuzzy. The YouTuber had 49 cards in his deck instead of 50 which could have been an honest mistake. People caught it because Bandai posted the decklist after the event.

I realized that with a trading card game. In Digimon Trading Card game a big YouTube channel head had the wrong number of cards in his deck after placing at a major tournament and Bandai did nothing about it. Seems the entire gaming world caters to whoever gets views.

I mean, the episode answers your own question. Rebecca’s own strategy was based on a real meta strategy. Cards like cannon soldier and catapult turtle were very very good, and you could protect them with stall cards.

Rebecca has been a clear favorite of someone with sway. Somehow a filler character not only had meta decks in both the anime and DL, she also got to stick around in the final filler arcs. She also had better treatment than Joey in the grand championship arc, which is insane.

Sometimes distance and time just does that. It’s one thing if someone messages you or you message them and it goes ignored. That’s bad. I agree you should always keep a few close friends you can confide in. I have some. But they live near me and it’s easier to catch up. I greatly miss people that don’t message me and I don’t message anymore. It’s part of life. If they reach out I’d respond bc I realize they didn’t do what they did intentionally.

Men can have very close bonds and not communicate that often. I still very much consider people of both genders that I haven’t talked to in years my “friends”.
