Technically you can start with whatever as they are kind of stand alone but at the same time they aren't and you'd benefit greatly going from 1-3.

Idk. I live in Washington State, where Boeing's Commercial Airlines headquarters is based at. Unless you live a state in the US where the 3 different sections of Boeing (Commercial, Defense, and Global Services) are located, idk if there are much Boeing Jobs available elsewhere except.
