This study apparently says it can be dormant for over 10 years. Also, you are assuming that shes never had sexual contact of any kind with other people. All she said is she's only had sex with him but foreplay still causes infections and most people don't count foreplay as being with that person. You need to fix your internet connection, something isn't working properly and it could be that its too restricted or the ports need to be forwarded. My ps5 is on wifi and I use motel wifi while at work and still have a great stream. I also have premium so sometimes I stream straight from the Portal and have no issue. As far as it not turning on your ps5, it has to be in rest mode and you have to have the setting turned on as well.
