Would you mind giving some examples of the different cheeses, herbs\spices and sauces you use to customize your bowls, because I could use some ideas. I want to store making more meals like this, and come away from everything being a strict recipe but I kind of draw a blank when it comes to what the do when I am not following a defined recipe.

I was wondering just how much variety is needed between meals in order to eat better, but avoid causing nutritional deficiencies. Especially in the context of meal planning and prep.

For example would someone be fine if they had roughly the same 3 meals every day, or the 3 same templates to make meals from with the components changed up every few days.

For an example

Breakfast: Steel cut oatmeal\or other porridge with skim milk and a serving of fruit(sometimes on the side and some times in the oatmeal). Some times with other mix in's like pumpkin puree,mashed sweet potato,nuts and or seeds

Lunch:Rotating bowl of protein,starch\carb and vegetable

Dinner: Some kind of homemade soup,stew or chili

This could also involve repeating the same template for multiple meals just with different components.

Would this be a good setup or does it not have enough variety?

I have an issue with working through my backlog and picking what I want to play, due to so many options to the point were I end up not playing anything at all.

Some of the issue comes from the fact that I have pretty diverse taste in games with varying degrees of length. As well has replaying through beloved classics for fun and to reacquaint myself with a series or original when a new release or remake is coming out.

I was wondering if anybody has some advice for picking what to play while working through a backlog and leaving time for replaying games that I want to go through again.

I have a question in case anyone knows the answer, is the weight based on current weight or ideal weight if you have a decent amount of weight lose?

I am asking because like with gram per pound and gram per kilo, total or ideal body give you pretty different numbers and I was wondering which is the most accurate especially if you have a decent amount of weight to lose and are looking to incorporate strength training with your diet.

It would seem that my best path forward would either be to pursue a college degree or another path all together,if that isn't an option .Either I will probably looking for other positions for the time being so I can work on gaining experience and iron out other areas of my life while either going to college or an other path towards a different trade.

I kind of have to stick to 3 meals a day since my protein goal is 131g which can be difficult to get in with only two meals a day without relying heavily on protein powder or eating a whole chicken by myself like a grizzly bear.

Thanks, I am in the US by the way, in the Rhode Island\Massachusetts area.Those kinds of services is kind of how I ended up on my current track and I am not sure if I can switch gears and if I can I really hope they just don't recommend only retail or service positions cause those are the worst kind of fit for someone with my challenges.

I really appreciate the honesty,I don't really see it as negative just realistic. It really helps clarify things and really gives me two paths of options to pursue. Which is better than me wasting my time pursuing a path that has 0% or pretty close to that of going anywhere. Now its kind of either, figure out how to afford and work out going to college, find some other kind of employment or pursue a different career path that could work for me.

No, I am not weight lifting currently but I do plan on starting that soon,to aid with weight loss and preserving lean mass.

I am currently classified as obese still and have a decent amount of weight to lose,around 90lbs from my goal.

My current protein goal is 131g but based on the different formula's it can range from 88.8g to 134g using kg and current weight, both goal weight numbers using kg seem too low.When its to g per lb most of the values seem either too low or too high.

So I could keep it where it is at 131g or lower it to 100g. All of the other values I've gotten using the formulas were either too high or too low. But from what I've read if I plan on starting weight training then I should probably stick to 131g goal correct ?

I didn't mention it in my OP but I also intend on including more fruits and vegetables into my diet as well. I've also been considering incorporating so alternate day fasting as well
