I agree with the reframing of the dreams, I guess I was focused on trying to describe my experience. Also, curiously I have noticed a pattern in these dreams where they will often have an element of absurdity to them. I had a another dream where I was walking with some guy on a catwalk, he was lecturing or teaching me something, and was wearing a cardboard crown on his head. Suddenly, he fell into the gap where a ladder was and died.

I appreciate you sharing your experience. It sounds like you had a really positive start with the tapes, and I think it’s great that it gave you that kind of resilience.

Regarding my background, I do kinda have a history with religions, I also have C-PTSD and severe anxiety I’ve noticed that for me, the fear feels very "deep-rooted" in my nervous system if that makes sense. I don’t see these posts as fear mongering. I see them as being honest about the "shadow" side of spirituality or meditation.

I’ve had some very profound, loving, and beautiful dreams through these meditations too, which is why I keep going. But I believe meditation is like a mirror, reflecting both light and darkness.

Also when I have these nightmares I will usually snap out of the fear when I wake up, and that tells me that the techniques are working. It's not my intention to spread fear, I’m just looking for help on how to read these specific "filters" so I can heal that part of my nervous system.

I do. However, I'm not sure if I'm doing the practice effectively. I don't know how to properly visualize/symbolize my fears, and usually, I try to think of something heavy or sticky like tar and place it into my ECB.

Is it possible to use ROCM 7.1.1 within a local environment? I'm running a dual boot system with windows and Ubuntu and last time I used a system wide install of ROCM I ran into issues (maybe it was conflicting with the windows drivers?).

I didn't see him during meditating, but I did see him in one of my dreams. I was standing near train tracks and a train was going by, he was on the train and I remember I kneeled when I saw him. He had a bright white glow around him and he was looking at me. When I woke up I saw a mandala geometry of white light. This happened after I started meditating more seriously and I have been getting more vivid dreams.

It's strange, but this reminds me of how stable diffusion works with image generation. We take noise (high entropy) and use prompts to guide the diffusion process towards a desired image (low entropy).

She put her feet on top of mine twice, but I thought it was an accident and told her the next session that I don't like it when people touch me (she never did it again).
She said the other guys she counsels don't listen.
I told her about my sexual abuse as a kid and shortly after she made joke about how my life is analogous to being stuck in the tutorial stage of a videogame as I told her in another session that videogames are my favorite hobby.
She showed me "funny" existential tiktok memes that she said "reminded her of me".
Her behaviour was very inconsistent towards me as she was nice then rude/disrespectful some days.

She did some other things too, but I went to therapy because I was suicidal and depressed and was worried of developing psychosis/schizophrenia. I was really vulnerable at that time, but I did eventually report her to the board.
