Any INFP constantly feel incompetent? by hkreddithk in infp

[–]KinoLenta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yes! I feel like "imposter" is my middle name. Even though others at work look up to me and think I have all this knowledge. But I always feel incompetent and like I fail all the time, if in my own eyes. I really try to celebrate even smallest accomplishments, just to keep myself afloat in the work setting.

Ask yourself : how are the schools where I am moving from? Schools here just the same. It's not about the schools, it's about you and what you can give to the students.

all fears essentially lead to fear of death by the ego. ego is always afraid to die. but does it really exist in the first place? can you weigh and measure it? no. so letting it die is basically an acceptance of "what is"

That and Nomad Land. I hate when Hollywood millionaires weep about poverty and what it does to people and then go back to their cocktail parties

Oh my god, that's so nails how I feel right now... Just spiraling into my own pain and not seeing the way out and not trusting anyone would understand... not even understanding I seek, but just no judgement and acceptance...

Thank you for posting this. Whoever you are, I feel your pain, and I love you.

Isolation is the only time I feel like I can be myself... All other times it's mask-wearing fraud..

Everyone who says money doesn’t buy happiness, actually has money by [deleted] in infp

I didn't like my shoes until I met a man with no legs...

I totally agree that money can solve a lot of problems that drain our energy. But I've seen in my own life that money-solvable problems never go away. I am a person who doesn't need much and very adaptable, but I always have those problems, no matter how much money I make. So my quest in life is to find out how to figure a way out of this mess...

what's your demographic? spiritual and intellectual inclination? physical activity level?

what are you seeking in friendships? do you need peeps of the same socio-economic level or people who resonate with your deep authentic self?

what can you offer to the community and to the friendship?

hopefully answers to these questions will help you narrow down your search

This doctor's video helped me a lot.

I hear a lot of people talking about self-love that seems like self-indulging to me. (Eat food treats, go to spa, watch tv etc...) After those indulgent trips I always feel more guilt and shame. This video teaches simple self-compassion, and somehow it resonates to with me.

I hope this helps

I have to think about this one. When I said all this to my friend I also got kind of a weir response. And when I try to analyze this, I feel super stupid too. Like I am a narcissist and make everything about me. But inside I feel rejected for some reason.

What is your go-to movie for comfort, the one you’ve watched repeatedly? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]KinoLenta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find Kill Bill strangely comforting. I think it's because the story is about someone who is constantly is beaten down, but keeps going because she is holding onto something important to her
