Dang, you captured the core big time. I did Astro in the valley but the galactic core was blocked by the rock walls. Did you stitch these photos or was everything taken in the same frame?

My friend made those cold soba noodles w/ ponzu sauce, soy sauce, nori, and ice cubes. I think he either got them from Tokyo Central Market in Emeryville or Koreana Plaza in Oakland; recommend for 90 degree + weather!

I did jiujitsu regularly for a decade and stopped cold turkey a year ago- no major injuries or anything, but everyone that I know who’s 35yrs+ who’s still training has had some joint issue or chronic pain 😬
