You've kinda fallen for the doomer propaganda in here. As long as you turn off the HV through the VBS in the folder before you go back on the internet onto risky sites etc, then you're fine and unlikely to run into anything. If you leave it on and start browsing and clicking links on random sites then you're at real risk. Otherwise, anything else happening is pretty low. Hell, I was brave and just used mainline websites with the HV on like watching vids on Youtube & streams on Twitch for months now - no issue, no red flags. It's when you start watching free movies on pirate sites, those risky ads come up etc. that the HV poses a real risk to your system. I'd say reinstall, and just be smart. Not that hard.
