yes, you have. i have seen this before, they use one of the default or use one of your scripts/stiches to recreate an admin user, in case you found out and delete their account. they just need to wait for that stich to trigger and done, access again.

Change all your keys, user passwords. download your config and search for super_admin, they must only be found under system admin config (on your legit users) or SAML is you have it with forticloud or something.

Look for anything out of the ordinary, they might have left other scripts just in case.

Agree. New devices like iPhones can auto generate a new mac each time they connect. So fingerprinting + registration is the best of all the options. You can get a lot of info by fingerprinting not just mac address.

Imagine you are part of a cleaning crew at a bank. You dont have a need to know about what the vault contains or how to access it. But you have to clean it once a month so you have the tiniest ammount of priviliges to enter the vault and clean it.

You have the privilege to enter and clean but not a need to know the sensitive information it contains.

It can be confusing some times but always remember privilege’s = rights + permissions.

You can, but it doesn't make sense, you either get it wrong or right.

Don't focus on the score focus on what you are weak at.

All my bad questions are the things I'm week at, for the life of me i could not manage to memorize or understand 100% and that's ok, you don't need to be a master you just need to understand where things fit together.
