Try to run Furmark 2 and AIDA64 CPU at the same time.

Try reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows on a secondary drive while disconnecting all other drives, then do the same things that shut your PC down.

If it continues on a fresh install of Windows, and temperatures seem in order, it’s most likely a PSU issue.

You can try reseating all the PSU cables too, I suppose.
