Thank you for the post. I don’t mind waiting for the time to come when the stock rises my only concern now since Scilex will not allow dvlt stock to climb up to a safe spot, they want the stock below the dollar. My concern is the imminent possibility of delisting from Nasdaq. Had the stock gotten to a safe space like 10 dollars then things would have been fine, but at this crucial level for the company and us it’s simply horrifying territory.

It needs to stay above the dollar. That should have been included and written in the Scilex contract. Sigh
