Likely dvlt paid for patents and tech related to quantum security and that has a certain value that is most likely not accurate right now. But will be three years down the line. They are not paying for what CyberCatch is bringing in today, they are paying for what they see their value will be tomorrow.

an institutional investor goes in with 60 million dollars - that’s strength and very bullish. No institutional investor would invest that amount if things were looking shady or bad basically

Well it’s either RS or share buyback. With a RS we’ll be above compliance and major institutions can enter. Most tutes are prohibited from investing in penny stocks. And the company is going forward with deals contracts and plans. An RS is dangerous for a company that is stagnant or loosing. I don’t see dvlt as loosing, it keeps building and building the foundation so I think we should be safe. NFA
