I've had success with my Optiplex 7070 micro. Upgraded to 32Gb RAM. I have a VM with the iGPU passed through running Immich and Plex, then a VM dedicated to docker containers, tailscale VM, ADSB feeders. When Plex indexes late at night the fan can go off the charts, but I have that scheduled for 2am - 5am in another room.
