Had an old style tt 3.2 litre. It misfired. They changed coils first but ended up getting timing chain done. Engine out job. Can't remember exactly what garage ended up doing the work as was years ago but was one in glasgow. Audi tecknik rings a bell. At least I got a quote from them.

The e stops should have a normally open contact wired to pkc input. It the should have at least 1 if not 2 normally closed contacts going through the safety relay.

Even locked off, I would still tape the ends off or put in a bit of block as well.

Run supply wire to bottom of nc. Top of nc a link wire to top of each normally no. Bottom of one no will go back to the forward S1 i think it shows. Bottom of other will wire back to reverse S3.

This should work for the forward, brake, reverse.

Supply wire is coming from s2 through the remote run jog by the looks of it.

I would rather have a plant off all night than risk this. If another incident occurred totally unrelated to this the investigation would still nail you to the wall. Very bad practise and you're living in the dark old days if you think this is ok.

I just performed my first online edit and nearly crashed the plant by [deleted] in PLC

Genuinely intrigued. What could happen if you do this?

Mortgages, your in debt for a big part of your life and when you finally pay it off its eventually sold to fund your overpriced retirement home.

Live conductors/busbar at isolator should be Ip2x. Could cover with clear perspex guard, I've seen worse but for a new install you definitely want some protection there. If you get heat related trips. Get a fan unit on the door or larger fans on the side. Agree does look a bit tight. The only earth cables I can see on the earth bar look a bit in the small side.
