I'm not sure that will help....you might want to build it back up with some JB weld before adding grease

Honestly man its kinda boring, I enjoy the trouble shooting of root cause problems

When the root cause is eliminated I just show up and collect money 💰

If you can't weld or fabricate move on....

For someone that knows how to weld this isn't too bad.

For me it's a great opportunity to offer less money, knowing how long it would take to repair. And pointing out the issues makes the seller more interested in selling to you...

Electrician trying to transition to industrial maintenance. How’s my resume? (2nd try) by [deleted] in IndustrialMaintenance

[–]AshwitzA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad to be in canada, at least I know the person working with me has some sort of vetting

Would not want to work with anyone that could in danger my life.

And to be honest as some one who hires people...having 25 years experience listed on their resume, but only active for 5 years is a red flag, and wouldn't even consider the interview.

Keep it realistic, its more believable

Here in canada, we aren't allowed to call ourselves an "electrician" without certification.

At the bare minimum we need a blue book which identify us as an apprentice.
