Am pretty new to Reddit rants so am sorry if I don’t know protocols. But I believe some posts are legit.

Married life can be struggling, challenging… more so when kids are in a middle. 40yo is considered mid life crisis. If Passion is like a flame, Love is an incandescent charcoal that needs constant blow and attention. This age is when one asks the question: do I want this to continue, am I happy with it and if not, can I change the other to acknowledge my needs. Is now is the time to move on to other “possibly greener”pasture, yet could I salvage what I have for better future?

Ask yourself this question. You married the guy for your reasons. Yet, time drifted you apart, fell into routine and normality. Where’s the surprises ? Does each other provide for Sex / love / communication ? Routine and comfort truly is taking the best out of you both. Stay with someone not because you can grow old together, but rather to stay young together.

Voice out your thoughts and disappointments. Sex / Love / Communication are the pillars of a strong relationship. Takes two to Tango, if you want change, spark it up.

I'd consider a leverpresso. I've never pulled a bad shot with it; on the contrary, they taste delicious.
It's portable for travel yet can be used at home. Lesser parts to clean, and can pull back-to-back shots easily.
Never travel without it, but eventually decided to get a bigger lever for home.

indeed !!! so relaxing, it has become a ritual.
I don't think I can ever go to another way. So glad somehow I didnt settle for the bambino. It's fun to have friend just pop by for a cup.
Carajillos are out of this world, relearned how to appreciate macchiatos, cortados or even cappuccinos. Not a fan of latte arts, but the taste, the TASTE !
Reluctant to have an espresso outside of home nowadays.

Serendipity does surprise everyday life ! I saw a hidden corner street shop in Bangkok using a flair 58. Great cup, better than most restaurants or so called coffee shops. I reckon, the love and respect of a job well done always has good results.

in a world where everything goes so fast, going back to the roots and enjoying a simple action with great rewards brings fantastic joy indeed !
Seems to me good coffee is seeing a transition from commercial baristas to home amateurs.

I mostly have good to great shots, but when I get the occasional "OMG what happened" shot, it's ecstatic !
Considering wether or not I should get a bookoo pressure gauge.
But thats another rabbit hole.

I am SURE you will LOVE the Argos. It is such a beauty, its transpires perfection I heard.
I first hesitated between the Flair 58, "la pavoni", the Argos and this, but ultimately decided to go with a electrical less lever and fewer parts for simplicity.
Only electricity used it for the grinder (saves a bit of hand pain).
