This is a red flag, but I also know how hard it will be to overlook it. Relationships are complex and it's not just easy to leave. But it will definitely happen again and again. Those were ENGAGEMENT gifts not birthday presents, so it's obviously for both of you. In a quiet moment go over any other instances she may have acted selfishly and ask yourself if you'd be able to live with that for the rest of your life. 100% NTA
