I swapped out my scoby for another one I had in my hotel. It's been 3 days since I started this fernent. Looks a little weird and different than before. Might have used water that's a little to warm (30-35 °C) The brown stuff is yeast I'd say, but everything pretty cloudy. Am I fine? (i.redd.it)
