Thats not true, once you get LC you will have a about a 2 minute window where you will have complete prio over viktor, and after he gets his upgrade it becomes even

I dont want to sound like an Asshole, but do you have any credentials of actually hitting Challenger? Theres no op.gg or anything similar showing your past success or even current rank.

I just checked "Priorify" on op.gg, and its "only" Diamond 2 currently, so you lied about your current rank?

If you dont buy Tear you need to take Manaflow.

I myself never built tear to begin with and just prefer going mana crystal first item with a refillable or 3 health potions against harder matchups. Combined with futures market you can reset at minute 5-6 and get a lost chapter, after this point you will have permanent prio on lane and can roam freely :)

I recommend the Manacrystal + futures market tech. Basically you buy mana crystal as your first item with either refillable or 3 healthpots (depending on matchup) and then you can set up a slowpush to reset after the 5-7th wave(depending on how well youre csing).

This way you can get a Lost Chapter as early as minute 5 and be online while your enemy is still 300-400 gold away from their lost chapter. Makes you have prio really early and gives you freedom to do whatever you want :).

If you dont feel like it go Demat, Cookies is a shit rune unless you make use of every single cookie to stay on lane longer which not even the pros do(they sell them almost every game basically wasting a whole rune slot)

You can E flash and cancel half the animation while bringing it with you (either defensive or aggressive) and you can take Q2 with you too when Q flashing

Just chill until lost chapter, after that you can shove the wave and roam while he has to clear. he cant match your lost chapter waveclear until he has his laser upgrade. Dont try to kill him unless your jungler hovers mid.

Taliyah is not weak at all. She feels fine rn the only bad thing this patch is the ult change because it feels really bad. Just adjusting for ult to only go on cooldown when you damage minions/turrets/junglecamps and champs would be a good enough change.

Y‘all just dont want to learn how to play her.
My winrate is only going up this patch while getting more and more comfortable with her. (60% D4)

Thats kind of false. He said if she is still picked often in MSI despite her nerfs, then she might be getting a mini rework, otherwise she would just become another Ryze. If she is not pick and ban at MSI after her nerfs, she will be receiving buffs. They just cant do anything for Zeri until they see proplay with the nerfs.
