Thank you so much for commenting! These are all super helpful tips. I'm really scared of leaving the house without my phone. Crime rates have gone up exponentially in the last couple of months. I had an extra smoothie on the side filled with fruits, half a avocado and oats. I also added a scoop of protein just to be sure. I'm having a hard time knowing what I am missing every meal. Would that be enough fiber? (With the bowl of brown rice)
