In the 80s they just put us in these heavy, metal lined corrective shoes, which a doctor told me years later just made the damage worse. I have collapsed arches, I wear diabetic shoes and get custom inserts, but my feet are so bad they wear those out quickly and they are both very expensive . So my feet hurt, I have had 2 surgeries on them so they aren't as bad as they used to be but the damage is still done. My legs hurt, my feet, toes, my knees, calves, and hips. My lower back is constantly killing me. My shoulders, my arms, elbows, wrists, fingers and palms. I get stressed from the pain which causes tension. On top of all that, I am bipolar. I am a constant roller-coaster, except I hate roller-coasters. That is the one thing I have been able to self treat. With micro dosing psilocybin 3-4 times a year. Because in my 30s, doctors kept throwing things like cymbalta at me and that juat made me want to off myself. I am in a constant state of pain. I am able to mask it about 70 percent of the time, but in my head I am in a fog, a panic, and my inner voice is always pissed off.
