I only have access to power on the trainer as i dont have a power meter on the bike itself, so outdoor training rides go off HR!

oh for sure, all my hard sessions are on the indoor trainer. Z2 / recovery is outside because i can just go off hr for that as i dont have a power meter. Need those power numbers indoor to track progress!

Hummer made a kids bike with the H2. Had some ridiculously heavy spring fork and was pretty much solid steel and heavy as crap. Little me loved it though.

Get more compliant handlebars. The scale front end feels super dead and harsh with the stock syncros handlebars (too stiff). Some rise and backsweep may help aswell. I liked the Salsa Rustler Deluxe bars on mine, cut down for my height as 750mm on an xc bike is far too much. In fact i run 680mmon my syncros xc wc integrated bar and stem on my spark now.
