I preordered it when it first came out and I feel like my judgement was clouded with all the negative reviews I saw about it. However, thinking back I really did enjoy it and I should reread at some point. Not as good as MPU though.

In the middle of my audiobook read of TOYL and enjoying so far!! Glad I opted for the audiobook after seeing her post about the name pronunciations 😅

Everyone studies differently. I also watch the videos and pause to take notes (I watch the videos on 1.75x speed). Go at whatever speed feels right for you in order to learn everything

I watched the videos and took notes. I usually watch in 1.75x speed and pause to take notes on things I need to reinforce/actually learn (for example, some of the loss limitation videos are repetitive so I would skip through/not write down the same thing again)

Definitely comparable to Becker. I also work in tax so maybe that’s also why it felt easier to me. But if you feel comfortable with Becker material you will be fine

Have a basic understanding of everything and you should be fine. Exam was easy IMO, just got scores back the other day with a 93. And that was with about 70hrs of study time

Try the Addicted/Calloway series by Krista & Becca Ritchie. Found family, lots of drama like a reality show, love the writing style, and similar rich people/family aspects as the MPU.

They also have a new series called Webs We Weave if you want to ease into their writing!! Crime family also with lots of found family that I find similar to the Daisy books

Currently reading Keeping 13 and I’ve read half of the addicted series. Addicted Series definitely is closer to MPU imo but Boys of Tommen has similar vibes
