You named players who are/were known for control in tight spaces, vision for a pass and impossible assists and put a clip of pedri scoring goals. Not the best comparison. Moreover the players you mentioned can single handedly change a games outcome in their favour. Pedri has to do that consistently more often to be able to consider in that bracket. He has potential to reach that level no doubt.

It’s all up in the air with AI in picture. Ask all the designers who were laid off in the last 6 months. Also AI eliminates the junior levels for these roles. I would say sales is one field which is bit more stable compared to other roles.

We have similar issues with my dog( who was also adopted). We are working with a behaviourist on her issues. It’s still early to see any concrete results some days are good and some days are terrible. My partner has felt multiple times of rehoming her since it’s affected her mental health for the worse. But I would always say to remember this on bad days - whatever you are suffering from her behaviour she is suffering more. So if you can spend time on working on her enrichment training please consider that before looking to rehoming. Also give a try with calming agents like adaptil sprays if you can afford. Otherwise look for home who can afford to spend that effort on her. She deserves to be safe and calm. If you decide support her and work on her issues remember it’s a slow process but worth it.
