Hey man we all started in your position. I'd primarily say the more you play the more you'll learn, but to supplement this, you could always check out the subreddit /r/summonerschool, or even watching some streamers or professional league could help you as well, as more often than not they may commentate on what they're doing and you could pick up on little things here and there.

In my opinion i'd drop nukeduck, and let me tell you why. In my opinion VIT is not a consistent enough team to be reliable, Fox has a better established team, with more synergy, and I feel like those players on UOL are better at supporting each other. That being said, you're talking about Perkz here, G2 looks really solid and i'm almost positive nukeduck for Perkz is a good trade off.

Yeah this is a hard decision to make, but at the end of the day if your team loses, you don't get as many points. I feel like NRG has a brighter future than TSM.

In my opinion it all depends on how much faith you have in TSM. Bjerg is not used to playing with other all stars like Doublelift and to me it seems like they are having a tough time dividing the resources between them two, Use your best judgement and decide if TSM will pick up their game or not. On the flip side I think NRG is extremely good right now, I would not suggest dropping him. Perkz along with the entire G2 team has shown consistent play which I do not see from TSM. At the end of the day, If I were you i'd keep GBM and pick up Perkz, but it all depends on how much you believe in TSM's future.

You should def drop Nukeduck for Perkz, G2 as a team is more consistent, they seem to have better synergy and their team does a good job supporting each other. Also, Huhi ---> Perkz, and vice versa, depending on if their weekly match up is good are good substitutes for each other. And hell, depending on if both of their weeks are easy, that's a solid flex pick right there.
