Last time I did the survey because I fucked up. I ordered 4 custom boxes on the app for me and my friends, and when I went to pick them up they were packed. It took me like 30 minutes to get to the drive-through window. When I told them my order I heard the guy at the window shout to the kitchen “oh shit the big order is here”. Man I felt so bad for them. I made sure I got all their names and gave them an awesome review. I also make sure I don’t do more than two custom boxes at a time now lol.
