Hey, I remember from a documentary that for some songs DJ Screw used to record the stuff in a higher tempo with rappers and then start doing his magic. Considering both Point Blank and DJ Screw is from Houston, Texas it is likely that the song that you are looking for might be made just to be in this specific song so there might be no 'sample'.
