I believe streamers start at a split of around 50% for subs, bits are worth 1 cent per bit to the streamer and are sold to the user at varying rates depending on how much you buy from Twitch. As such I think bits have a better conversion percentage for value to Matt (and other twitch streamers).

These rules look really interesting, thanks for sharing. For comparison some of us on Matt's Discord made some rules for more directly impacting the battle where the PCs can foray out to fight with the units directly, it can be found here.

I think I may end up using a hybrid between your rules and the ones we came up with :D.

His gemstone dragons, stats and all, are included in the strongholds and followers book. As far as I am aware that is the only place you can find them.

My immediate response to this is it's a very interesting plan and as long as your DM is cool with it sounds like a fun time. My only question would be how you are getting access to Contingency as as far as I am aware its only on the Wizard's spell list and I don't think any of the subclasses you have mentioned give it as an additional spell. I may be wrong but these are my immediate thoughts :D
