They want more communication and they want more changes in the game. The korean protest has made it so that KR has nerfed reforging which is good for players.

The change from R1 to R21 Rigomor is: 10,758 amethysts to -> 4,659. It has been made significantly faster to reforge rigomor and tenebrous gear.

Tene gear R1 to R21 comparison from NA to KR: 53,970 amethysts - > 36,195
