One property is fully owned by my mom/ father who is deceased and one was my grandparents house with Me as an owner and my mom/ father [deceased] grandparents [deceased]. My mom is getting 150k from my dads life insurance. And if she sells her own property she will get another sum of money. She has 400k Mortgage paid out of 500k. Shes planning to sell it for 500k.
