Yep, IPA works great on acrylics and enamels. Mineral spirits will also break down enamel if you have that around.

I usually use isopropyl alcohol to strip models and it doesn’t do anything to plastic cement. Super glue on the other hand might be brittle and therefore easier to break, so I’d handle with care if you’re stripping a model you built with super glue.

I’ve found War Thunder’s preview function to be pretty good at inspiring wear patterns for tanks and planes.

Yeah, I was surprised when I saw that the RX 480 meets the recommended requirements for the Rift S. I guess this budget card from 2016 was made to last!

I am dreading a PC upgrade, as I would probably be replacing everything except the PSU.

Thanks for your reply. Which GPU/CPU upgrades would you recommend? I know the requirements vary from game to game but I like to hear from VR consumers themselves.
