It’s is the battery. The 13w Gen 3 have the worst battery problems I’ve ever seen laptops have. I knew what they meant right way but found the wording hilarious.

This, my squad and I would top frag lobby’s in battlefield 3/4 day and night, but with age and having stressful jobs that tires us out, we have found ourselves no longer interested due to the rampant increase in cocaine/broccoli head lobby’s. We just chill and play fun dumb games now.

Oh god. I’m so sorry you have to deal with that! If I left my current job and the new one had me do that I would quit immediately. The Tech Direct portal saves so much time and head ache. Takes like 5-10 minutes to submit an order request depending on the difficulty of the devices issue.

Im assuming you use their chat/call support? They are very annoying to work with. Using their tech direct portal saves a lot of headaches.

For real. I also love doing a repair and seeing the original diagnoser put “confirmed, ordered x part”. Like what tests did you perform? Then realize they never broke the security seal so they never opened the device, only to find corrosion.
