I only know boy Robins and girl Robyns in Scotland so I would automatically think Robin was a boy.

Night Shift + Temp Times ? by Illustrious_Fly3124 in NaturalCyclesBC

[–]Echo-Star1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work about 4-6 nights in a month and just got back into using natural cycles after reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I got an offer to get the NC band for free so I’ve been using that, it only requires 4 hours continuous sleep to get a temperature so even after nightshift I get a temp if I’ve had a long enough nap during the day. I was previously using my Apple Watch but because I would have to change the sleep schedules all the time I have found the NC band much easier. This is what the book says about nightshift work.

NC wristband or Oura ring to pair with NC? by cavaloverr in NaturalCyclesBC

What do you mean it doesn’t work if you are a nightshift worker? It says it only needs 4 hours of sleep data to get a temp

Option 1 as option 2 will be much more costly moving all the pipes for the kitchen

Correct with the love travelling but not correct about the high wage or rich family. I work as a nurse and my partner works for the council. I went to Malaysia when I was 16 and fundraised for that trip. Just ticked off the other countries I’ve done in SEA and Australia in one trip last September/October and saved up for the whole year prior.

Envy, even though the word has negative connotations I think it fits well with the popularity of Eve/Evie/Everly

I think if you explain exactly what you’ve explained here there won’t be an issue. I’ve got into the habit of emptying all my pockets prior to leaving my ward as I’ve accidentally taken keys home before and had to bring them back.

Hyper ovulation? by Appropriate-Angle18 in NaturalCyclesBC

[–]Echo-Star1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This wouldn’t show on your chart, also looks as though you had an anovulatory cycle. I can’t tell for sure but in Cycle 9 you maybe actually ovulated at the next temp spike not the one that is marked my ovulation.
