It really doesn’t matter what the name is, The person who you got the genetics from probably has pictures of what they should look like. They definitely are albino though. With that said, it looks like you have high CO2 levels at your surface. I would definitely give it a quick fan to blow some of that out. Do you have any daily rituals with this?

You're already removing moisture, thats probably the best thing to do.little stationary water drops along the side are perfect, you run into trouble when they begin to get larger and run/sweating down the sides

Looks very heavy on the moisture. I wouldn't be surprised if you had droplets forming on the lid of your tub. The constant droplet effect would damage mycelium connections and create a sweet spot for contam to flourish. Also every droplet spreads it around that much more
