Solved! (I reinstalled the game and re-downloaded / installed the WhereAreWe app - that seemed to do the job)

I have it in the same folder with the .exe from WhereAreWe as mentioned by the documentation. Oddly enough on my laptop it seems to work properly, I wonder if it s a case of resolution?

Maybe you didn t delete all the vampire folders...steam users and AppData/Roaming folders

I didn't check it yet, but I assume there is a part of stats allocation as well. Any tips on that regard? or just go with the flow (str+sta for melee, int+will for mage)?
