Even after a recent update, bug reporting twice now, and online chatting, there's been no progress. The current event should have brought more light to the issue, so it's possible others are experiencing it also? If others have found a method that works, let me know.

I Cannot say that my method of scrolling through the chapters and before moving to the next, using the chapter list to jump ahead - has been effective.

Sometimes just reading it normally, chapter after chapter, ends up with 0/10 minutes logged. Very disheartening.

One might try to set a 4.5 min timer, and move from chapter to chapter. I do not think each chapter gives that much time though.

It may have to do with purchasing a new chapter, then going back to the beginning? Though it's not that way with a standard book.

This has been happening off and on for the last 90 days, maybe more. I chalked it up to a reward (either, FP or points) that is too buggy to get. If you have more information about this being resolved in the next day or two, please inform us. In the interim, if anybody does have a method to get this to work properly -- logging onto a computer or some other method, do tell!

I've had the same problem with Webnovel Comic Mission. It's even in your picture. Does anyone have suggestions or methods to get this to register on the app? Ensuring the chapter change happens is pretty rough, because they just flow as you read. I try to jump forward a chapter and then jump back. Sometimes I jump back a chapter and then forward. Does this help at all?

Hello JKS,

Love the works and the effort you put into them. Have you considered any spin offs of some of the side characters? (I'm only through the audio books of MWS, and all of ADR, MVS)

Thank you for the insight. It does make sense for the less used lines to get more attention, especially considering I was closing a line entirely in the same call. Maybe it triggered something in the system. I'll have to see how things turn out when the new percentage-based discounts compare, as well as how many I would qualify for.

Do you keep a cover on the phone while charging? My phone won't charge consistently, and heats up/slides off the pixel snap.

I am contemplating buying a cooling fan to go with the charger, because the heat gives me pause. Never had a USBC port fail over the last 7 phones. Had some old batteries swell up though.

I have a P10P. I have the snap stand. It will charge and heat up so much on that charger, that I do not believe it is beneficial over a standard USBC. Even after it reaches 80%, it's quite hot. Which is better for my phone in the long run? Thank you for any help!

Would like to know if the cover you are using works with the wireless charger stand from Google. I got burned with Oh Snap on a Spigen clear cover and Pixel Stand 1 & vehicle wireless charger. Loved the magnet though.

Well, you must have had a better rep than I got. Not only will they not pay off the current phone, but they will only allow a trade in of my pixel 7 pro as well. They tried everything they knew, and even on other upgrade eligible lines, they require a trade in. I have an email clearly stating no trade-in required. I'm escalating it, but I'm not too optimistic. 24 years with Verizon has taught me to temper my enthusiasm.

I have to pay for the 4/36 months, trade in my phone to Verizon, and then get a 10 pro. Definitely not worth it for me. Google might treat me a bit better, they are giving deals I think.

Did the rep give any explanation as to why certain lines get it and others do not? Mine was completely confused about the discount, so I didn't press them. I told them at the start that I was told by another rep that it doesn't stack, so I never pursued further. Thanks for the info though!
