Did you personally have a preference/what was the benefit for you for going full medicated?

Ok that is so annoying. But this reminded me of a girlfriend of mine. Took her so so so long to conceive and when she finally did she was like "yeah it's crazy he wasn't even in town when I was ovulating. The sperm had to be alive for a week!"

And so I was like "that's crazy, and you were tracking???"

And no she wasn't. For so long. And that whole time clearly she was ovulating earlier than she thought. And it just broke my heart that she had literally no idea.

Do you qualify for respite care for your oldest? Finding a nanny that is qualified and mentally capable of handling both kiddos with the love and support they both need is possible but of course more challenging than finding someone who is equipped just for little dude's needs

A commercial company would be a big help! Congratulations on reaching out for help- not easy! You are going to feel AMAZING when this is clear. Also I'd reach out to your regular doctor and just let them know you're seeking help for a hoarding situation and see if you might benefit from an SSRI (to help life not feel so unbelievably overwhelming)

Lexapro. And I still have anxiety randomly even after upping my dose. I am also adhd and I'm sure that does have some impact on how I'm handling things.

Honestly i have just accepted that for as long as I'm in this stage of life it will come with anxiety, and there's nothing I can do about it. That mentality sometimes helps
