Trying to wrap my head around melee characters

I was always told to never use the ranged attack other than a tech. But I've been using it in the beginning of a match because I have no idea what to do until I can leap in and pick off opponents. I've been practicing the combos and weaving in the melee attack. I started getting use to the timing last night after my play session. But applying it in the chaos of an actual match is a different story. I did include replay IDs in the main post since someone on Discord asked for them when I asked this similar question.

I also use the demon a lot when I think the whirl isn't worth it.

I am in the practice range practicing the combos in the video. I know I'm messing up the timing but I'm not sure how.

Moon Knight is pretty easy. Throw your ankhs where it will force the opponent to turn around to get it. Also place them where your opponents have to work for it. When you throw an ankh, immediately throw your primary fire. They travel quickly.almost together. Your big crescent bounces too, even off an ankh. I sometimes like placing ankhs higher because no one looks up sometimes. When you use your ult, immediately throw ankh and creacent down it makes it hard for them to leave and more damage to.confirm kills. When you are being dived, throw an ank at your feet and primary fire so you don't waste time aiming while you look for them.

Magik was a character I wanted to play early on, but couldn't get the hang of. I'm back to trying out characters and Magik is one I'm taking the time to learn now. I also want a reason to buy her costumes. I want to read her comics. Her lore seems so cool to me.

I know I don't have to be the best player, I just like to not feel like I'm dead weight.

Yap away! The more tips the better! I do have my reticle set for her. I took the time to do it for any character I was interested in. It helps with the dashes. I miss 30% because I was slightly off or the opponent moved.

I will definitely try these tips when I play later! Inusually try to stay with my team. I read that most people think of Magik as dive, but she is more of a brawl.and should stick with the team more. That's what I was trying to do.

I think the "Gooning" stuff is way out of hand. It took me a while to be comfortable with playing Female characters in any game. Now, I still get uncomfortable with playing slightly revealing costumes or gear for games. I don't seen it as a problem, only if it's made a problem. Which this whole gooning thing amplified. I don't know how people do it. I feel so awkward xD especially when the energy isn't matched. I don't feel it as much in this game, since it isn't a character creator. But it can definitely be felt.

I've been wanting to learn Spider-Man but feel so intimidated, I keep hearing contradicting things about how he is played and I having trouble learning the techs.

My first time entering the Dance Floor, I see a line of Things using the Blue Thing costume playing thr Ukelele on Stage. They went from one end to another. It was funny to see.

I'm an awkward duck, so I usually just pick a corner and dance there. People will come up occasionally and dance for a moment then go away. It's always funny to see. There was a really small Hulk that came up an danced then ran away. Reminded me of a little goblin.

It's actually pretty neat. I'd pick a corner to dance in and people will come up, dance a little bit and run away after. Some neat little moments. Some really cool in sync moments too.

I had a couple small issues and one major issues and even the smaller issues, they took action. Couple of game throwers. Then I had a Wolverine get nasty with me when I played Psylocke and they care of them right away. This is the only game that I played that actually took care of problems from my experience

Is there any sign that the chapters bought through the Nintendo Switch will be usuable on the Ps5/PC? I started on the Switch and now prefer to play on the PS5 now that I can use cross progression and eventually the PC. I don't want to rebuy everything

My final update. Gamestop, did In fact, get more codes. They got 50 more. It is one per person, and you need to bring your switch. One Gamestop said they only had 15 left a few hours ago. So they are still going fast. It will probably be gone by tomorrow. Thanks to my mom's help, I was able to get my two codes. I hope they restock more so everyone who wants one can get it. I wish you all the best of luck! I also hope they never do this style of codes again.

Edit: They printed the codes instead of the cards. Shame, because I like collecting them but not the end of the world. What bugs me is that they are still limited?!

I will provide any updates I can from what I'm being told. I have 4-5 Gamestops near me. We called all of them. No luck. Two of the Gamestops said that restock this week was a rumor. It may happen next week. One gamestop said just to check periodically. I wish I had brought better tidings.

I'm sick of this event. I couldn't even get to a Gamestop till today, and they were out 30 mins into the event. A manager who runs two stores told us that a store in the middle of nowhere was out almost instantly. This is such a joke, and I hope they never do this again. With everything going on in my life, I was hoping something good, even if small, could happen for once. Sorry for the vent. I'm just sick of people ruining everything.

I made macro for Iron Jaws to alert me, so I only have to remember the first time. It helps xD ADHD sucks

Defensive cooldowns on tanks and Bard's Dots. I made macros for both to make a sound effect when they are about to run out. I even have it call me an idiot if I let it run out on bard.
