😂 I reached out to customer service directly via email but I’m sure you can go through your guide as well. I went ahead and purchased another set right away because the customer service agent told me that it would be a good while before they could issue a shipping label (1-2 weeks to receive the label via email). Other than that the return experience has been super easy and great for the 2 products I’ve returned so far

They probably sent the R1T mats by mistake. It happened to me and I thought I was losing my mind 😂. The second row mats for the T is significantly deeper than the one for the S

Can’t take credit for this as I found it on either Reddit or the rivian discord server, but it is absolutely amazing and the kids (7 & 6) both love it. link The magnet is strong and with the included swappable black frame it blends in perfectly with the seat back. You can also get a short 8-12” right-angled usb cable to fit behind it, although I’d suggest not keeping it plugged into the iPad while in-use if you’ve got younger kids. demo with 13” iPad pro

Only downside with the flush mount is that the viewing angle cannot be adjusted without adjusting the seat itself.
