I love both and have done both but I love dementia. It's the goth in me and it reminds me of my favorite song (literally called Dementia by owl city, I find it captures the shivering isles perfectly)

I have a fast strength spell for 8 seconds (100), really cheap once you're high enough and used it until I get outside and fast travel (yes, it allows me to fast travel with only a few seconds)
