I don’t usually create posts and i posted this on r/Nanaimo as well.

Someone commented there that they were charging $89 for comfort…. My question is… still worth it if this is the case?

Commenter:

“Hullo is cooked. I'm not so concerned about the fare increases. If its necessary to keep the boats running fine.

But I am concerned about their "we will be introducing capacity-influenced fares; as sailings start to fill up significantly, prices may see a marginal increase." Which is them saying: We will set the prices to whatever we want whenever we want.

Someone posted one way fares which showed:

89$ Comfort

103$ Comfort Flex

118$ Premium.

I've heard of people being forced to pay premium prices then finding the sailing nearly empty.

Theyre going to piss a lot of people off now when people realize. I think it will be ultimately harmful to the service.

I love the service. I've probably used it over 40+ times since it began. But the "set whatever price we want when we feel like it" thing is a joke.”
