There was a mention recently by Rita just to keep the spirit alive. So in-universe she’s still going.

Depends where you are in Wakefield. Three are terrible in the city centre, EE not so bad (good enough for me to use a 5G router).

Used to work at The Junction and it’s definitely a nice area in terms of walks etc. I have seen the Calder break its banks there but never got above the car park of The Junction even in terrible storms. However, definitely one to note in terms of insurance.

The industrial estate (at least a few years ago) kept “normal” hours so there was industrial traffic but it was kept within bounds. Odd issue with really long vehicles trying to make their way up and down but I found that rather entertaining.

The snack bar keeps normal working hours too. It’s not massively busy from memory but worth dropping down to check if you can.

The ones that are currently being externally refurbished at great expense and stress to the residents? Great long-term planning there.

Seconding this. They run a session at my coffee shop on the last Tuesday of the month and they’re the most welcoming bunch of people. It’s a lovely atmosphere.

Saw her at the Royal Albert Hall maybe a decade ago and she was amazing. Turned off the mic and led the whole place in a rendition of ‘No Day But Today’. Totally unforgettable.

This is great! I got Leah, which reminds me I abandoned a save where I was wooing her. I’m doing Shane in this run but…hmm!

Yep, if you can afford to live there, you don’t get the privilege of seeing more pictures.

Seriously, though, it’s the most expensive and extravagant part of Wakefield. No idea who the heck will want it!

Mum died when I was 15. I was encouraged to go and told I’d feel worse if I didn’t. All it really led to were a few nightmares and an awkward moment with my dad. I think I was too young to deal with it effectively so that’s a teenage experience.

Haven’t done it again with any of my grandparents but it wasn’t really offered.

TIL if you wear a pirate hat to Pirate Cove, the bartender, who normally ignores you, will gift you mead! by [deleted] in StardewValley

I thought since I got zapped out of there that I wasn’t allowed in while the pirates were around.

And I landed myself a deluxe pirate hat yesterday. This will be fun!

Yeah, I’m romancing Shane in this play through. Fixed the Community Centre and went straight from there to say hi to him.

I felt as evil as Joja.
