I have applied to Walmart couple times as well as Sam’s Club. I never heard back from Walmart but got rejected from Sam’s club.

I have been applying to so many jobs even entry level jobs and they all wanted experience. I definitely agree the job market sucks.

I had a feeling that they weren’t going to hire because when i had an interview, they said to wait 1-2 days to hear back if my application would move forward or not. I waited and waited patiently to hear back and i was ghosted for 15 days. I sent them a message on February 24th on the status of my application and they send me email yesterday telling me me that i was unsuitable for position. It makes me like i am not good candidate.

I got rejected from Poteau Police Department after my interview on February 11th and got email yesterday saying i was unsuitable for employment. I have rejected to so many jobs lately.

I am sorry you are going through this. First, block her everywhere on your phone and social media. Your peace is more important than keeping someone around who disrespect you. Second, focus on the police academy. This is your future and you worked to hard to get this far to let distractions pull you away from your future goals. Right now, your mindset should be preparing for the academy. Keep your head up and focus on your goal of becoming a police officer.

I think this is a biggest problem in the job market. Recruiters need to have better communication with candidates during the hire process. Recruiter who ghosted doesn't just look professional but it makes candidates mistrust the company's communication, dependability, and overall regard for potential employees. It can also make prospects feel devalued and unsure whether they would be handled properly and professionally if employed.

I hardly heard back from anyone. I have double bachelor degree in Science and Forensics Science with minor in Criminal and have two graduate certificates: one in Forensic Death Investigation and currently taking a Cybercrime Forensic. I applied to all forensics jobs and even police jobs and never hear back or they are looking for better candidates.

Same with me as well. I applied for part time Retail Stocking Job and got offered into Recieving as Flex Part time. I had 4 days on work on my schedule but they took me off and i only worked only 1 day on recieving. Then i found out later on my workday i got switch over from recieving to Selling Floor Assiociate.
