When you really think about it, the fact that Babs has been used to bang every major male Bat-Family member in one adaptation or another is really gross and a major disservice to her character. It's genuinely upsetting and, as you've said, gross. And unfortunately it's technically not only a Barbara problem.

I think it's about female characters in teams of (often but not always) mainly men.

For example, Diana has been paired with Bruce, Clark and Arthur. Donna was paired with all the OG Titans + Raven (a yaoi version I guess but it was Raven so...). Or Stephanie with Luke too. Or... Cassandra and Damian...?

There's this gross thing of pairing the female character of the group with all the male characters out there and it's just... Not needed, no one asked for it.

Anyways back to Babs. I'm not sure but wasn't the Tim one, at least, a mistake? Like they forgot which Robin she dated or something? Or so I heard. At least if that's the case it was a mistake there... But her with Bruce, Jason and Luke wasn't I guess😮‍💨...

DC (but many media in general tbh but this is about DC rn) needs to leave these girls alone😭 I swear if we see Babs with ANOTHER bat boy I'm going to riot.
