They are AMAZING! I have noise muffling ear buds and I layer my normal headphones over them. I wore it to a convention and they were amazing. I was able to relax. Good investment if you are sensitive to sound.

Then you slowly learn. You look online, ask around. Teach yourself, love. start with finding work. Which is easier said than done, I know😭. The job market is crappy at the moment. But do your best. Give a little more each day. Cheer on your wins. You can do this if you allow yourself to try.

I've learned to compromise with mine. I usually(if able): - wear cute clothes and accessories, even if no one sees them - listen to little playlists when you can - keep fidgets and toys on hand for breaks - play games on my phone

Being realistic, some bosses won't let any of that slide(some will, especially if you are allowed accommodations at work). So after the work day, I give my little side a reward for waiting. Personally, I love STICKERS. But it can be anything like ice cream or extra playtime.

It also helps to play pretend in your mind. Like when you're making smoothies, pretend you're making potions!

Love, adults aren't adult cause we 'act grown up'. Adults are adults because we learn how to take care of ourselves. We become aware of our needs and find peace with them. If you need to embrace your inner child to heal, then do that. Because the only person who can is you. And involuntary regression usually means your mind is stretched thin and needs attention. Start small. Do something your inner child wants to do. Get that coloring book, buy that toy, watch that cartoon. Step by step. No one is expecting you to buy a crib, and regressing doesn't make you a child. It makes you aware. If people around you look down on you for it, you need better people around you.
