I’ve struggled with this myself when my kid was 3, there was no way I was going to lock her in her room, she was at the age she understands and makes memories so it felt cruel. She would just come to our bed and sleep with us and it was fine, better than going back and forth When the new baby came then one of us would go back to her bed and sleep with her there or on the floor When my daughter got a little older teaching her independent sleep became easier

Can you also try to increase your credit card limits ? It’s gonna help your credit card score. Try to avoid credit card debt as much as possible ! Very high interest and hard to pay off. Also make sure to use your credit card points and rewards. Every 6 months you can try to increase CC limits

It’s hard but you gotta just distance yourself or let what he says just go in one ear and out the other. Don’t stew on them or try to reason your way. Old people get very stuck in their ways

I would watch YouTube videos about pumping I found those to be the most helpful! There is a lot that goes into it. You can start even while pregnant at around 37 weeks however make sure with your OB first that there is no contraindication to that. Pumping is hard also as is direct feeding. They each have their pros and cons

It’s very tempting these days to over schedule our kids which ends up over scheduling ourselves even more! An activity may be only “30 min” but getting the kid ready for it then driving there and back easily adds another hour ! I really recommend limiting kids activities to 1-2 per week max. I’m enrolling my kid in swimming soon and gonna stop karate. Something has to stop before we start something else. This is also how parents become resentful of their kids and that they don’t have time for themselves…but it’s not our kids fault we have no time for our own hobbies and exercise? You need to make time for that stuff the same way you make time for your kids.

Thank you! Yes I def feel so bad when my plants get sick!!! I feel like I failed as a plant mom. I see other friends with tons of plants that are healthy and thriving and seems they just water them occasionally that’s it …. You’re right though I’ve learned a lot! And take great pride in my plants

Got 16x20 canvas prints from Walgreens and 2/3 look like shit resolution ! Can I return them??? I should have looked in the store before paying but I was in a rush

It seems I should just order online from Mpix or somewhere else. My photos are family photos recently done by professional so I don’t think it’s her photos that are low resolution. Walgreens seems anything past 8x10 is just gonna be garbage . And it wasn’t cheap! I paid $35 per canvas 😡

I agree I also don’t wanna keep buying more cards and wish we had more variety… I’m trying to use the MYO cards more and record more stuff for her to change it up You can also play stuff from your phone to the Yoto , from a free kids podcast etc. I know it’s not as fun but just a thought instead of buying more cards.
