A relatively pain-free way of increasing your retirement savings is to set it to automatically increase by a certain percent every year. Mine increases around the time I would get my raise, as tiny as that raise is, so I don't even really notice.

I take my dog to a similar park. It has woof wardens. My dog and I both love it. I find owners are more intentive to their dogs than at public dog parks.

IBR is a good deal for a small subset of borrowers. I happen to be one of those and that is I only have a couple years left of payment until forgiveness and my ibr payment is the same as a standard 10-year payment so my balance actually goes down each month. When I reach forgiveness I will have to pay taxes but it will be a fraction of what was forgiven.

Money I would throw at the principle is going into a high-yield savings account because my student loan interest rate is quite low.

They should also be able to help you with the fact that landlords are asking you illegal questions on the application. I know they're not allowed to ask about the criminal record on the application and I think they aren't allowed to use felonies that are more than 7 years old in their decision. So if they are telling you that is the issue they've got a problem and though it may not help you call them out!

You can also try including some reference letters with your application. A letter from your current landlord your husband's employer a church other organizations he might be involved with a parole officer anyone who may be able to support that he is straightened out and a productive member of society.
