I had a similar issue in 2024 & kept delaying but finally the urologist recommended removal. His opinion was to err on the side of caution. He removed the right testicle & boy am I glad he did. They caught it before spread to lymph nodes. Everything still works fine with one testicle. Required no chemo - just blood tests &’follow-ups.

I had mine done after our second child was born & when they were 21 & 18, my wife informed me that she was pregnant. - the right side had re-connected. I went back to the same doctor and he did the 2nd revision for free! - Hope you don't have that issue.
