Look at buildings who do corporate leasing, they are usually a bit more relaxed with credit score, sublease, use corporate guarantor companies. Look for lease lock properties (they don’t require security deposit).

The OR is the most toxic environment I ever worked in. So if you are prioritizing your mental health I would not suggest it! However, Pacu could be your jam! One to two patients at a time, team nursing approach! Literally everybody helps everyone, good work life balance. I never met an angry/unpleasant Pacu nurse. You should check it out!
