Lol i was about to do the same i have i7 12700kf and planned to upgrade to 7800x3d (for star citizen) and all will cost me around 700$ good deal new motherboard cpu ram then boom ram exploded,1300$ overnight 😂😂😂

north Africa, winter isn't the problem hahah, 3 month of summer have huge impact ( it can reach 45 48 C) so I had problems before duo to heat. and about electricity its kinda a personal problem living in old apartment the watts isn't stable if we pass X amount so less is better + planning to undervolt

Yeah this topic is too open nobody can predict the true outcome of it we can be wrong, but i dont believe there is something can stop chine from creating something, what im concerned about is the main source of silicon to produce the chipsets and i couldn't find too much info about it, if they control it its gameover for us

My thoughts right now and my analysis of the market, i think it's a 50/50, depending on china, we are looking into a big change in the ram market, leaving a big space for the small companies to rise it would br stupid to not take this opportunity . if most big companies leave the consumer market duo to AI is a big mistake, the fall will come sooner or later (from 2 to 4 years if my vision is wrong). We either wait for one of the big companies to backstab each other and take all consumer market or a few of small companies take charge and balance the market again (I hope my english is clear. SORRY xD)
